Jairo Londoño Maldonado is an Industrial Chemist, graduated from the Technological University of Pereira. He has extensive experience in food production and quality management.

Claudia Ivonne Rodríguez V. is a Chemical Engineer and Environmental Engineering Specialist, graduated from the Industrial University of Santander. She has extensive experience in quality control and quality assurance within the industry.
